Magazine Theme Selection
As the first step of the process of developing an Interactive Online Magazine, we have to decide on what type of magazine we are going to develop and also the theme of the magazine. After having a discussion with our project leader(Kim) and other group leaders, we decided to create a trendy lifestyle magazine. We also narrow down our target market to the age of 21-35 years old. This group of people,or designated by demographics as Generation Y, having grown up in an even more media-saturated, brand-conscious world than their parents. Hence, they are the majority of people who like to pursue a trendy lifestyle.
