Group leader final report

Group Members
Our group consists of five members including the group leader, which is Gan Chong Meng. The group members are chosen among our peer group. All group members are required to vote a person among the group members whom they think that is the most responsible and capable of being a leader. The group leader is chosen by the majority vote from the group members.

Section and Topic Chosen
After a few discussions with the project leader and among the group members, we had chosen the section of City Spy for our project. City Spy section basically is about big events that happen in different city of South East Asia countries. After doing some research and information gather, our group had come out with a few topics which are Fashion Tendance 2010 (Indonesia), Sunsilk Co-Creations Fashion Show and After Party (Philippines), Audi Fashion Festival (Singapore), Pattaya Music Festival (Thailand), and Puma Spring Summer 2010 (Malaysia).

Audi Fashion Festival (Singapore) will be handled by Gan Chong Meng, Fashion Tendance 2010 (Indonesia) will be handled by Pong Kai Lun, Sunsilk Co-Creations Fashion Show and After Party (Philippines) will be handled by Chong Shin Ling, Pattaya Music Festival (Thailand) will be handled by Lee Kok Liang, and Puma Spring Summer 2010 (Malaysia) will be handled by Tan Ru Shuen.

Division of Designs or Interactions or Navigations:
Menu bar, scroll text bar, and audio control will be handled by Lee Kok Liang. Our main front page will be handled by Pong Kai Lun. The content page will be handled by Tan Ru Shuen. Photo album will be handled by Chong Shin Ling. Credit page will be handled by Gan Chong Meng. Video page will be handled by all of us according to our own respective event. Lastly, compilation will be handled by Gan Chong Meng.

Milestones Achieved
1) Type of magazine selected which is lifestyle.
2) Theme of the magazine selected which is trend.
3) Target market selected which is 21-35 year old.
4) Section choosen which is City Spy.
5) Topic research on some of the happening events in South East Asia which we have narrow it down to 5 countries only, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore.
6) Topics are choosen by majority votes from our group which are Audi Fashion Festival (Singapore) will be handled by Gan Chong Meng, Bonito Model Agency Anniversary Celebration (Indonesia) will be handled by Pong Kai Lun, Sunsilk Co-Creations Fashion Show and After Party (Philippines) will be handled by Chong Shin Ling, Pattaya Music Festival (Thailand) will be handled by Lee Kok Liang, and Puma Spring Summer 2010 (Malaysia) will be handled by Tan Ru Shuen.
7) Layout design has been created. Refers to the storyboard.
8) Home page has been created.
9) Content page has been created.
10) Picture or photo page has been created.
11) Credit page layout design has been created.
12) The whole section has been compiled.

Process Flow
After our group discussion, we all agree to do the flow or navigation in our section into three levels. The first level will be our section main page, in our main page there will be a symbolism of each countries that we have chosen which is KL Petronas Twin Tower (Malaysia), The Merlion (Singapore), Tarsier (Philippines), Garuda, King of Birds (Indonesia), and Temple of Emerald Buddha (Thailand). Then second level will be the country page which is an introduction of the event that each of us has been assigned. The last level will be the event details, photos album and event videos.
